Flashback to 2008-09 or so, guess which Administration pulled the plug on missile defense systems for Poland and Czech Republic…this was after invasion of Georgia prior to invasion of Crimea….needless to say who was the envoy(s) tasked with the regions at are still in the foreign ($$$) policy making mix.
