I'm not sure what you mean. If you understand how the court works then you know they can't just take up a case that hasn't been through the lower courts and been presented to them for consideration. There hasn't even been time for much of that since the Bruen decision. They have the authority to place a stay or an injunction while it works its way through the courts. When it comes to the 2nd they never seem to do that. Especially ACB.I'm not sure what you mean.
