The newer ccw’s also have the 10min shutdown. I bought a second one when I noticed vortex had fixed this issue. I wish they would exchange the older 14hr ones for a new 10min model.

Have you tried contacting Vortex about that. I might give them a call tomorrow because I dont have any issue with the CCW other than the stupid shut off time.
