Careful! The Xds was my first purchase too (My XDM 40 4.5" belonged to my dad) and once you get bitten by the shooting bug it can spread fast. I think I'm up to 7 Springfields now along with another 5 sundry makes, one being quite ridiculous. All of that in the span of 5 years and it's still a drop in the bucket compared to some of the heathens roaming this forum.

I’m looking at the XDM Elite 3.8 compact 9mm because I’m a lefty. This model would give me both the ambidextrous mag release and slide stop. Now I want another and I had to beg and convince the wife for the first one.

The XDM 3.8 Compact is my EDC. It’s the third gun that has tried out for EDC and I’m sticking with this one. Love it.
