Well, that didn't take long.

Isn't the real problem that some of the "superior people" in office think they can overrule the rights of those they govern (or as they see it lord over).

The very fact that anyone even presented this type of legislation should have been met with cries of "bovine fecal matter!" from both sides of the aisle. The legislator(s) who sponsored this attack on liberty should have been run out of town on a rail.

The sad thing about this is that it is just virtue signaling. It they were concerned about public safety they would pass laws to put violent felons away for good. Legislators knew there would be legions of 2A suits
I agree with your sentiment, but we already have those laws everywhere in the US. They choose not to enforce, prosecute and sentence.

This is a temporary order which only applies to 800+ individuals a d I believe 2 FFL's who signed on with Devore Law. My son is one of the plaintiffs. Technically, this "ban" does not apply to him at this time. The FFL's are allowed to function selling AR'S and such (I assume). But they can't sell them to the general public who are not plaintiffs! The obvious point is to have the courts STRIKE DOWN this UNCONSTITUTIONAL gun grab!
