went and got a new gun today

Are optic mounting plates available for the M9A4 yet?
My understanding on reviews and forums, are that none are available in the U.S., but it's rumored they are/were available in Europe (although they said the Italian Beretta site were out of any for sale). Beretta offers a website to claim a free plate, and once they come in, they will send you a code to obtain one (I signed up requesting the Trijicon RMR plate which also will fit Holosun). They are doing the same procedure when registering the firearm to get two free mags (in my case 18 rounders), with the FDE base plates. Due to supply issues, they are shipping these firearms with only one with a FDE base plate while the other two are Black base plates (3 come with the firearm). I registered my M9A4 upon which they indicated they will send me a code (when they become available), to be used after placing them in your Beretta Cart, which will discount their entire amount, thus getting two for no cost (and they aren't requesting the black plated mags be sent back, so you'll end up with 5 mags). I'm assuming the plates will be handled the same - place in cart; use code; get it for no cost. When this will happen?, no one seems to yet know. Some reviewers of the full size M9A4, have been waiting since October 2021, and I haven't seen any updates that anyone has obtained one.
And as a side note, this Beretta plate request website isn't only for the M9A4, but for several other models specified in a drop down menu, so owners of models like the Optics ready APX, can also go this route requesting their plate.

Nice @javbike (y), I've got the compact Px4 Storm in 40 Cal.

Well, my Springfield Armory order for the XDm Elite 3.8 10mm w/ Dragonfly Optic, came in last Sunday for pickup. Interestingly, I received my order of the SA-35 about 2 weeks ago, which was placed on the same date (last October), as the Elite 10mm. I would have thought the Elite would have arrived sooner, since some members on here have gotten one well before now. Anyways, my current SA firearms on order are now complete, so I wait for the next SA latest & Greatest. :sneaky:

Nice XDm grasshopper, I really like how compact it is.

Agreed Anni. I'm going to see how it compares to the 4" S&W M&P 2.0 10mm I have on order, when that comes in. I already received the S&W 4.6" 10mm about a month ago, but it's a bit larger than the SA 3.8" obviously. (15 rounds vs 10 rounds)
I am very happy with my SA Elite compact 10mm so I know you will enjoy yours. In fact BulkAmmo has S&B 10mm JHP for sale right now and I plan on picking up a couple boxes very soon.

UPDATE:

ok, so i went to amazon and searched for something i wanted for my Beretta.

it came in this mornings mail....yes, the letter carrier (as well as UPS at times) delivers packages for Amazon.

any way, i always like what i am about to show you, especially on revolvers, if many of you recall some of the "good guys" guns.....

they are the Ajax Custom brand, white pearlite.

i should also point out too, that now the grip is a bit "fatter", and i have smaller hands, and yet, i can still grip the gun, with no problems.

i "plan" on replacing the stocks/grips on my Python and S&W 686+ in the future, maybe when my refund check arrives.

not to be left alone outside in the sub-zero temps, feeling lonley for what i did for it's clone cousin, i took care of the Girsan clone as well. these arrived today....

and of course, Mr. Dremel was called to duty again, to make them fit perfectly.
