What a great show. Sad to see it end.

Hi,

Yes, it's been a family favorite, a must-watch if I wasn't working on Friday night. Good, wholesome family values, right and wrong, morals, and family prayer. I can almost guarantee that there will not be another show like that on network television.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

According to TV Line Blue Bloods was ranked 11th. It was pulling in it's fair share of ad revenue making for a profitable show. It shows that the historical market driven revenue stream doesn't matter to the powers that be. Profits won't suffer as the "real" sponsors will keep the network afloat. This is why the NFL boycott of some years ago wouldn't have worked because not all viewers were interested in participating in the first place and the league wouldn't have suffered anyway. Woke leadership is flush with cash. They'll keep whatever show going, or cancel a show, just to get their message out.

I think the BLM and defund police nonsense affected the show but I also have read Selleck's health is an issue

i hadn't seen 1 episode, either new, or in reruns.

i hate tv commercials, so i don't watch regular tv, so i'll watch movies, even if i saw the same movie a gabillion times.

hell, i even watch the Spanish movie channels.
