What are you doing right now??

Woke up to 15 degrees and sunshine this morning. Supposed to get to the low 40s today, then back down to the teens tonight. March is supposed to be the weird month, but hey. Hoping you guys in the rain soaked south get some relief very soon.

I was hoping to stay home today but we are going into Fargo. Since my stepdad passed some five years ago and my mom left Texas and moved to Canada, I have been keeping some military things that my sister sent me when she went through the house. One of those things is a large shadow box of his military medals and a flag he received when he retired. I was finally able to find his nephew who lives in Allentown, PA, and I know my stepdad would want him to have it, so we're carting it into town and shipping it out UPS. I already sent a smaller box out and they delivered it in three days.

After that, maybe I can convince the husband to stop at the range and put some lead downrange (I doubt it though because when I brought that up last night, he immediately told me he was on a mission. Whatever..). We'll end up at Menard's. Range will be busy anyway..

dark, dreary, dank day right now...ran a few early morning errands,

then i vacuumed, washed the shelving in the pantry cupboards, with Pine Sol, damned that smell is all over the house now.

wife washed nearly all the bowls, dishes and glasses.

waiting for things to dry, and restack the shelves

joy, merriment, and happy springtime cleaning greetings to all.

The house was 62 degrees this morning, great for sleeping, but not so good after you're up. Running an Amish fireplace to warm it up a bit. It's gonna hit 90 next week, our version of crazy spring weather.
There is a local gun show we may attend. If we go I'll take a couple of pistols to sell or just drag around and return home with them.
There are a few Derby preps today that could be fun to watch. The fields don't look like very good betting opportunities, so we'll watch at home and not go to the off track bar. The wife and I do virtual bets on races we watch. She's a nut for the grays.

Love gun shows and right now I would probably sell or trade a couple for a revolver as my broken up hands have difficulty with slides and I not a fan of 9s even though I have some. Like I told my wife they can be money in the bank

Machining a roller base that is about 20 feet long.
