I would like to have heard the entire exchange between the two. IMO, both acted shamelessly. To the question, yes, she went too far. She operated with zero grace, and got none in return.

my "best guess", would be the guy gets an assault charge, but wins in court for damages, and she loses her business, as her insurance company will not pay out, since it was an act of unwarranted violence.

the coffee was "iced" as the water was.....so no one got scalded, only wet.
