Ooh. That's nice Anni.View attachment 75565
Did make it to Vance’s today, got my Ruger Vaquero, not in 45LC, no ammo available, so I got the .357mag one.
Very, VERY nice acquisition Anni!! I’m not a revolver girl but that could definitely sway me that way.View attachment 75565

You sprung for more springs.Sprinco extractor spring upgrade kit.
They had one in 45LC, but no ammo and where I live you’ll lucky to see a box here and there, I really wanted the .45, but I picked up few boxes of .38sp cowboy loadsThe guy across the street from me has two Vaqueros in 45lc. he shot the cowboy action a little. has a stagecoach shotgun for it too. he don't do it anymore. he tried to get me into it and i said they won't let me compete with a Hy Point will they?
Great looking revolver! Good luck with it.They had one in 45LC, but no ammo and where I live you’ll lucky to see a box here and there, I really wanted the .45, but I picked up few boxes of .38sp cowboy loads
Had to throw a Glock ad in somewhere…..Nice Ruger, looks out of place on that Glock mat.
Very nice Anni. I have an Uberti 7.5" SS 1873 Cattleman in 45LC and love it. I put a pair of Black Bison Horn grips on it to give it a more gunfighter look. I still need to get a proper holster for it, and I'm looking at the WesternLeatherHolster site that has some interesting possibilities. Anyways, congrats and enjoy your SAA revolver buddy, it sure looks nice.View attachment 75565

Really wanted the 45LC, but no ammo, very disappointed in Vance’s store, all they had in good stock was 9mm, 45acp, 10mm and 5.56, all others hardly anything, I just lucked out and got the last 4 boxes of Magtech 38 cowboy loads. None of my local shops carry 45LC, even my Cabalas don’t have it, but the 357 will still go bang and do what the other would just somewhat cheaper on ammoVery nice Anni. Yeah, it's the same around here. Fortunately I bought 1000 rounds online a few years ago (I know you don't do online purchases), to (at that time), feed my Uberti and Henry Big Boy Silver 45lc (I've since purchased a Henry Mares Leg in 45lc). I try to stay with the caliber that was in use during the western cowboy era. I also have a Winchester 1873 (produced in 1889), in 44-40.Really wanted the 45LC, but no ammo, very disappointed in Vance’s store, all they had in good stock was 9mm, 45acp, 10mm and 5.56, all others hardly anything, I just lucked out and got the last 4 boxes of Magtech 38 cowboy loads.
