What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

Hi,

I just ordered 1000 rounds of Remington UMC 9mm 124 grain from sgammo.com. I like this vendor. I thought I'd try a batch of Remington, it's been a while. I usually shoot Blazer Brass and S&B. But I have a few others in my munitions depot as well. :LOL: I need to do an inventory.

If I shoot FIFO it may be a while before I get to this case. We'll see.

I'd like to buy another rimfire, just for fun. I can't decide, Taurus TX22 TORO or Henry Lever Small Game 20" w/peep sights. Maybe both? ;)

No, because mine was a work light up until yesterday. And I will make it my bedside light now. But not a bad idea to change the side of the clip. Just in case I need to free up my non-gun side hand for some reason and need to clip it on whatever I might be wearing and keep my gun hand on my gun.

So I bought this clip with the screws off Amazon for about ten bucks. Now I can carry it any way I need to. I feel like having the switch facing my leg instead of outward is probably better.

Bought 600 rnds. of Norma 9mm Black Edition FMJ 115gr. ammo from Norma and 3lbs. of Winchester 231 powder from Natchez.

Last night I bought a Springfield M1A loaded, dressed in walnut, 2 extra 20 round magazines, 500 rounds of 7.62X51. Why is it that a person with a FFL C&R license needs to have a background check to purchase a "modern" firearm? I had an M1 Garand shipped straight to my door. The same with my 1939 Colt 1911 A-1 and several other guns that were older but still be manufactured today ie Browning Hi-Power. I just don't get it.

Just delivered, AOS plate A12B & Holosun EPS 6moa green dot. Will be mounting on my 1911AOS Operator shortly, after I feed my face with fried jumbo shrimp.

Sigh…my Hogue monogrip arrived today…for a flippin’ Smith and Wesson K&L Frame Square Butt - NOT a Kimber K6s. I’ve read the SW will fit but not cover metal backstrap area (which is where my blister is 😂). So they, Amazon, approved a return to be here on 20th…we’ll see if robot picks right one next time!

Been having a lot of issues with Amazon lately. Delayed shipping, items lost in shipping, this is at the least the third wrong item over last year or so (probably more, can only remember 3). Last item that was lost was shipped from 4 hours away and shipping went fine until Amazon truck left the last Amazon location. Crickets until I finally asked a week later, “Where’s my stuff”. They refunded me.

Reordered same item yesterday from same place (3rd party seller). Shipped overnight FedEx and arrived today as scheduled.

Just no warm fuzzies from Amazon anymore. Seems like every order is a crapshoot 🎲 🎲!

That on sale half priced .380 Ruger LCP,Max. Upgrading most everything including TrueGlo night sights,12 rd.mags, and which best defensive ammo that's feeding well.

Try this out: order whatever ya need of at least $100.00 value.When it's left over on your neighbors porch that closer to the main road as mine is report it never delivered. The driver on mine even signed what he believed was my signature and photoed it. Clearly not my porch #s, definitely not how I sign my name. Waited a month to report it found. By then Amazon said to keep it. And every delivery since is up off the steps, under the porch and I'm always praising how great that is.

I'm so bored that I decided to order this today.

Taurus TX22 Gen 2 TORO, along with three extra 16-round magazines. I'll have to pick up a couple more 22-round units when they're back in stock somewhere. This will be a really fun range toy and great to teach my grandkids how to shoot.

This will be my first gun in OD Green. I can check that off my "one of each" list. :LOL:
