Move the optic(s) forward to the furthest rail space on the receiver, just before the handguard. Then you'll have room for flip ups or a magnifier, plus you'll have a better sight picture and it won't be on top of the charging handle.
What I mean is that's what I would do.

I'm so bored that I decided to order this today.

Taurus TX22 Gen 2 TORO, along with three extra 16-round magazines. I'll have to pick up a couple more 22-round units when they're back in stock somewhere. This will be a really fun range toy and great to teach my grandkids how to shoot.
This will be my first gun in OD Green. I can check that off my "one of each" list.

It's a 3x prism scope, it won't work like that. it's not a red dot, although it does have an illuminated cirle.Move the optic(s) forward to the furthest rail space on the receiver, just before the handguard. Then you'll have room for flip ups or a magnifier, plus you'll have a better sight picture and it won't be on top of the charging handle.
What I mean is that's what I would do.

i have plenty of brass, primers, bullets, powder & firearms..................last 1 was subjective. been on the fence about what p226 parts to buy as for what i want comes from 4 places...........don't want that! with the srt installed i'm thinking about a magwell and/or recoil spring w/guiderod upgrade, maybe updating the strut assembly for the da? also ordering a ported 357sig barrel and NOT a threaded one. 1 barrel (ported) is 280 and the threaded is 325, so sttayting @ $500 should be easy?

try it with flipups as i'm haven't tried w/anything over 2x. the 2x will let you magnify the flipups if installed in the correct rail slot. rear site then optic then front site in that config works. i don't have a 3x or i'd check it.

I have, i need it all the way back for my blind self to see correctly. I have never used these Burris sights yet. i know the Hawke one i have is great. i do have a couple burris scopes that are nice.

The comp in the house will give double letters when pressed only once. I need a new kb and mouse. Cats control the comp in the storage and types on the phone with spell incorrect. I get no rest
