I have a Remington Model 81 that is chambered for the 300 Savage. It's still a great round for deer.

I’d love to see them make the Deerfield again—.44Mag with a 10/22 style rotary mag.

Make one in .357 Mag, though, with a 20rd mag…there’s a home defense rifle.

I have one as well. Dead nuts accurate rifle. Very similar to the rifle use by Frank Hamer to kill Bonnie and Clyde but his was 35 Rem and a bit older version

Stoner 63 like they used in small numbers in Vietnam. I actually got to see one in Knob Creek Kentucky years ago at the Machine Gun Shoot. Friend of mine who is a class 3 dealer took me along for the show and to shoot. Apparently they stopped having this event down there but what a time that was...

Savage 110FP. That thing weighed lke 10 pounds, but man, was it accurate. Cold barrel. Hot, it didn't care. It would just drill one raggedy hole all day long.

The old Savages were good rifles, not sure about the newer ones
