I live in Georgia. According to Georgia Code § 12-5-53, serious bodily injury means “bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, unconsciousness, extreme physical pain, protracted and obvious disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ, or mental faculty.”

Hot boxed the wife (let it rip and then pulled the blanket over her head) once and only once. Our bed was up against the wall, so she put her back against the wall, cocked both legs and literally launched me halfway across the room. Thought it was a good idea at the time, now that I rethink it, hmmmmmmmm....
