I think any bill like that would be ruled as going against the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, but if it ever gets up that high, the SCOTUS has made some weird decisions in the past...

Geesh, when I was growing up, the Midwest was the bastion of freedom loving people and government. Seems like now all those Midwest states (maybe except Missouri) want to be as communist as possible, following California’s lead.

Because some parents are too stupid to teach their kids guns are dangerous (but somehow manage to teach them to leave butcher knives alone), the nanny state MUST step in, take freedoms away from law abiding citizens (with constitutionally guaranteed rights by the way), so that junior knows the difference between a gun and a toy.

I’m sure the founders, on both sides, are rolling over in their graves at this never ending stupidity!

Oklahoma, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas. All okay other than the big blue cities.
