Ok i take that last post back, the seat is supposed to be raised, but when you get old things don't always go the way you want and it still might get wet.

You could be having to use an outhouse. Then you would really have something to complain about.

You aint just whistling Dixie. Never had indoor plumbing till I went in the army. Out house sure are fun around Jan/Feb in Maine, especially at O-dark-thirty. To quote dear old dad, "We got running water, the boy runs to the spring and brings it back by the bucket full. He better be running to, his mother is waiting on that water."
