IF you don’t stop. I’ve a Granddaughter (and a Great”) in NY state. I do NOT carry a weapon, even in a locked case, when going there. A convicted thug with a Glock and a switch will get turned loose-a decent citizen violating a transport law will go to jail. It’s not worth the risk.NY, NY, MA are Lousy places for a citizen who wishes only to protect himself or his family. Have y’all noticed that the places you Can’t legally carry are pretty much the SAME places you actually NEED to?This may be helpful. You may nt be able to carry it in the commie states but generally you can transport it unloaded and secured in those states.
