Will Tariffs Spark an Ammunition Panic Buy? Probably. Here’s

Good thing I don't currently need anything. I expect this whole tariff business will peter out soon.
p.s. Anyone raising prices on US made ammo needs to be boycotted.
Well Bob I can agree and disagree. Most if not all powder is made overseas. Last I heard only China and Russia had nitrocellulose factories.
Sooo some components are going to get hit with tariffs.

If Sam's talking (SGAmmo), I'm listening. . .
I got his email the other day. Meh. He’s in sales, so I get it.
Best is to buy a little all the time to weather these storms. It’s like dollar-cost-averaging as you invest in stocks.

I just hope folks don’t stand in line and deplete what’s on the shelves now (remember how 22LR evaporated?) and I wonder the impact on components.

While it truely is a global economy and most stuff you buy from even American companies has some foreign components in it (with tricks Ford is only 68% made here Chevy around 75% per Forbes)

Just some humor and relax ain’t nothing we can do but ride it out!!!!

Ford has the greatest % of vehicles made in the US (~80%) vs. the others, but the Ford Maverick & Bronco are made in Mexico, as are Dodge Ram trucks.
The Forbes article I read had Ford at the lowest with 68 and Chevy at 85 and Dodge/Ram were in the 70 something and surprising enough Toyota was something like 88% US components

and most Buick vehicles these days are made in China crazy!
