Technically, Patton had a “Registered Magnum”…not a 27. That being said…they’re basically the same thing, though.Overall it was a fun night. Food was great, loved the beef ribs. Lots of sweet handguns to ogle, one couple were wearing a matched set of "Patton killing guns" made to recreate his as close as possible from SW model 27s.
Yeah, I imagine it was about as close as they wanted to get, and customize. The Model 27 didn’t exist as such until 1952, 7 years or so after Patton died.
