i have a package coming today...supposedly, via FedEx...

was "supposed" to be here from 10AM to 2:10 pm....

ok, 2:50 now.....

where da heck is my stuff..???

i just had a "run-in" with the FedEx virtual assistant......

should be virtual A*********

"i don't understand your question" it says, when i asked......"why was my delivery time changed to end of day"

"maybe if you re-word your question, i can help you"?

"do you ****-****..?????"

"would you like to talk to a FedEx agent"?

"no, i want my damned package"

"would you like to take a survey on how we are doing"?

"oh yes, please"

"overall, how did we do for you today"?

"FedEx sucks?"



now, i won't see my stuff till the moon rises over the fleas of a thousand camels.

They done me the same way yesterday. fedex never delivers when they say here. most of the time they leave my stuff at the neighbors. what really ticks ya off is when they bring it to a terminal near you and then take it back out of state.
i ordered from Green Top MT, in Ashland, Va...it went to Louisiana......up here to CT, to my local delivery point....

those ice hockey pucks, never, ever deliver on time, nor the day the say they will.....

being a trucker for as long as i was, i know for a fact, i coulda been to Ashland in like 9 hours, or less, flat out driving my car, with none of the usual truckers restrictions on time.......and back home in less than another 9 hours.

yet, nearly all these delivery companies stretch out things......
 
Couple years ago a fedx driver came here and i went to see what he wanted. i didn't have a package coming. he jumped out of the truck handed me this box and jumped back in the truck and was about to take off. i looked at the label and this address wasn't even close to me.

I hollered hey this isn't mine and he acted like he didn't want to get out of the truck. he grabbed the package and literally threw it in the back of the truck.

Yeah they suck

you do realize that the virtual assistant is not really a person and any answer you get will be either incorrect or not related to your initial question, right?
 
Identical experience with FedEx; very rarely delivered by stated time, and often left at any number of erroneous addresses. Sorry, but with todays technology, no excuse stands-up to wrong addresses.
thing is...they hire morons.....you ever see them..?? shirt hanging out of pants, maybe pants down to knee's, hair all over thier face..

as we know, there are 2 FedEx divisions.

Ground which is all owner-operator


FedEx Express, company employee's.

from there, the Ground division hires workers that have to pass FedEx background checks.

but after that........inept morons delivering our stuff.

FedEx bought out RPS which i worked for decades ago, that was all owner operators.....and kept that, under the FedEx Ground moniker.
