Some early mornin gun work. Phase 5 bolt releases and extended mag release buttons. Also installed the pa 3x prism sight. Im gonna like this thing. Much better than the 1x sights. Especially for old eyes. Got a black one coming too. Was supposed to been here yesterday but ya know its fedx so...who knows where its at. They dont.

Got back from our walk and got the urge to take down the Christmas tree. 20 minutes later it was all boxed up and put away until next year.

Made it to work through the pea soup fog. I left a half hour early because the fog rolled in around 3PM yesterday and isn’t supposed to lift until sometime this afternoon when the cold air moves in. So I managed to make good time behind a semi and I’m about 20 minutes early.
I’m hanging my give a at the door, but I’ll do what’s expected of me. Happy Monday y’all..

We had some great games this week and last night's was terrific. We stayed up for the whole thing which was remarkable. The Redskins made an awesome OT drive to put the game away. Much more fun than those boring blowouts, unless the loser is a despised team of course. Just coffee this morning, so I can get some bloodwork done. Maybe a haircut and a visit to a LGS. Happy Monday folks.

Hi,

Today's the day I try to get back to my regular routine. I did laundry last night. This morning after my workout I will vacuum the house. Then I have music to learn for church this weekend. And I have a New Years Eve gig tomorrow. I'm glad we'll be singing Auld Lang Syne at 3pm. Happy New Year to everyone!

Watching a trio of pileated woodpeckers destroy some suet.

Went to make appointment for blood work and they did me right away, they were not busy. Now have a kidney ultra sound at 1130. They were not busy either.

Bloodwork done and got a haircut. 2 months since the last one and it gets shaggy. I'm not complaining since I have hair to cut and not from just my ears and nose.
Good football games this week. I hate when the season is over. Arizona State has a very good running back, but they face Texas. Other games look fun, too.

Wife is making her version of cajun gumbo, sausage & chicken. Smoke from browning the rue(sp) is causing my eyes to water.
