I have a 44 standard 44 magnum 6.5" barrel. It's been outstanding. Super accurate and well made. Pretty much the cheap twin of a smith&wesson 629. They were partners from 1970-1977.
My nieces mother inlaw works at the factory in geneseo, he got a nice family discount on a saint. I wish I could take advantage of the family prices but with the horrible gun laws in the republic of Illinois there's no hope!
I'll go one better, my favorite carry is the xd mod 2 subcompact 45. Same 3.3" barrel but just a tiny bit wider with a 9+1 and a13+1 magazine. Great trigger and pretty much the same gun but a little better capacity.
My absolutely favorite pistol is my Springfield 1911 range officer target. I can only imagine how nice a more expensive 1911 would be. Someday I'll save up and buy a 2-4 thousand dollar pistol, but for now I'm super satisfied with my RO.
This is really sad, the super rich trying to shove their ideas down the throats of average American citizens. Just because you're rich doesn't mean you're right or that you have the right to make everyone bow to your schemes and plans.
Really beautiful pistols, but honestly for over 3,000 I'd buy a TRP operator in 10mm and one in 45! I'd personally rather have two really nice pistols instead of one that's maybe just a little better
I absolutely love my XDM 10 with the 5.25 barrel target sights. The recoil is actually less than my Springfield 1911 range officer target in 45. If you have any doubts check out this review/vid

The ballistics are outstanding on this round, but unless you're a serious handgun hunter it's just too much! The 44 magnum is most definitely enough for me.
Good luck, I hope it's better than my MK IV 22/45. I bought it brand new about 5 months ago and it worked okay but the more I shoot it the more problems I have. I probably have a couple thousand rounds through it now. No matter how good I clean and lube the ftf, fte, and stovepipes increase more...
Too true, just look at Wisconsin. We now have a gun hating liberal sitting on the state Supreme Court after our last election. There were thousands of absentee ballots not delivered, 3 whole tubs in Oshkosh alone. Then thousands more counted in Milwaukee without a postmark. In Milwaukee there's...
