We spent the whole day in Fargo stocking up so we don’t have to go shopping for anything for a while. Picked up a couple of New York strip steaks for dinner. I’m going to do them in my favorite cast iron pan. Getting the cheesy au gratin potatoes ready for the oven now.

I use kosher salt for cooking, and either sea salt or Himalayan salt to season, depending on the mood I’m in. I really like the flavor of the Himalayan salt.
