So far my Crimson Traces seems to hold it's zero if I ever have a problem, it will be immediately replaced with a Trijicon.

Last fall I shot some 35 Whelen shells I had loaded back in 1988. They all shot well with out any issues. Keep it stored in a cool dry place and it will be fine. I change out my carry ammo yearly just to be sure.

I concur, it's the belt. I use beltman for my EDC.

For zeroing in your dot, shoot at the distance you want from sand bags. Let's say 15 yards as an example. From a steady rest, proper sight picture with the dot centered on the bullseye, squeeze off a shot. Let's say you are 3" high and 2" right. Rezero on the bullseye and without moving the gun...

It's the size of the dot. A 6 MOA dot is 6" at 100 yards. So at 50 yds it's 3", 25 yds it's 1.5" and 12 yds it's .75".

I have the Crimson Trace CTS-1500 series red dot that came with my Hellcat Pro. Seems to work fine.
