5.56 NATO Load Data.....

25.5 gr. of Winchester 748 under a 69gr. Sierra Matchking.Standard primer.Yes, I crimp everything.It is in the Sierra book.
It works well in the autoloader and the bolt as well.

In my Sierra book it states it is what the U.S. Army shooting team is using. Granted, my book is probably 10 years old. It is listed as 223 Remington. I don't think I have ever ran across 5.56 data. I have shot the 223 cartridge longer than I am willing to admit....LOL

Your 5th edition that you have is older data than 10 years. My 5th I bought in '84 and I know it's older than that. Check and see when first published!

Ok getting back on track. It appears to me that over the years some loads have been reduced. I have a 1982 speers manual and things are wayyy different when it comes to max.
