A New Indoor Gun Range is Coming to Town!

Most places I have been to will not allow you to use reloads on rental guns because a) they want to sell you the ammo for the rental guns and b) they are afraid your reload will damage the gun. hot loads, squibs etc. The 2 closest to me say you can only shoot ammo you buy from them in rental guns.

No reloads even in your own firearms at that particular place. I'm sure rental guns would require ammo purchased from their place of business.

When a gun range is that close to your house it gets expensive because you can be there in a minute or two and you can burn ammo every day. Trust me, I know.

My outdoor range is less than 5 minutes. I can go as often as I like, only $75 per year. I been 4 times in one day before lol.

There are a couple indoor ranges nearby, the closest being 15 minutes, but I'm not a fan. I'm a half hour outside of Pittsburgh and some of the clientele coming out of the city are quite frankly, a little too scary for me. The place is busy as can be though with all the lanes full and people waiting.

I have to temper my excitement now that it won't be open for another year. They are surveying to see what the people want in their indoor gun range, including membership tiers.

this is true of the range i go to. however, when the ammo shortage hit, and i wanted to rent a gun, and they had no ammo?

they let me use mine (factory new), and gave me the rental for free.

thier way of making good on a rental.
