Not bad, I used dry rubs this year as opposed to the crock pot last year.
I mixed garlic powder, season salt, Rosemary, thyme, and some other dry rub I found on my Mother's spice shelf.
About half way through the cooking cycle, I brushed on some Worcestershire sauce.
Came out tender, and a lovely warm near medium rare....

Venison backstrap. Its whats for dinner .
Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper marinade for about 1.5 hrs then it will go into a cast iron skillet to medium rare

Last night I tried smash burgers for 8 adults on the BGE with a plancha at around 600 degrees. They got a nice crust on them and I managed to not set myself on fire in the process.

My BIL does them on a Blackstone. They're excellent. He's over there right now doing chicken on his new "Joetisserie" attachment for his Komodo Joe.

I’m on my own this weekend so I did up a few shrimp skewers with garlic and lemon. Ate them already so no pics, sorry. I guess it didn’t happen then…
