Mrs Greener has the same thing going on here tonight! Been a long day.Got a nice frozen pizza with pepperoni, ham, and sausage.
I'll be adding more mozzarella, and some diced onions and green peppers.
Im doing the exact same thing.Having a Christmas family dinner Christmas Eve at our house. Mrs Greener brought me two, eight pound standing rib roasts to smoke on the Big Green Egg. Last time I did this the horde fell upon it like wolves. I wll attempt to get a photograph of the finished product if I safely can before the pack attacks!
How was it ?Prime rib has been twined, seasoned, and just finished its high temp browning.
Now it's slow roasting until one......
