Anyone else into cooking?

What was your list of ingredients? Last time I made it, I used ground beef, diced onions and peppers, season salt, garlic powder, A1 to further season the ground beef.

Once the beef is browned, it goes into the pan on the bottom, then a layer of sweet corn, then the mashed potatoes, then into the oven.

Next time I make it, I'll try using ground Bison mixed with lean ground beef.

I'll post the recipe below. I follow it pretty closely. I usually take liberties with recipes as they are only guides, but this one is good as is. The only thing I switch up is the meat. I use 1.5 lbs of meat, only because we like meat :cool:, and I usually do half venison and half hamburger, but last night I did a pound of venison and a half pound of hamburger.
I also cheat a bit because mashed potatoes (in this recipe) are labor intensive. I get two of those Simply Potatoes Garlic Mashed Potatoes to do in the microwave. They turn out perfectly and taste like you did them yourself. Two of those tubs covers a 9 x 13 inch pan perfectly.
