Anyone else into cooking?

If I ate at 5pm, I’d be starving by 9pm
We dont eat dinne to 7:30pm, but thats cause the 1hr commute home from work lands me home at 6:15pm

My wake up on work days is 0330, I have to eat early to let it settle, I eat breakfast at around 0410 to 0425 as my work day starts at 0500. And, depending on the traffic state, I get home from work between 1545, and 1600.
I don't eat early because I want to, I do it because I have to.

Wife’s B Day dinner…

Just browned two pounds of 90/10 ground beef with diced white onion, garlic powder, season salt, basil, and Italian seasoning.

It's since been added to my never ending pot of sauce, and it's working its way to simmering before I add a jar of Classico Cabernet Marinara, then it'll steep until about 7, and then be had over Angel Hair pasta.

Over the last 6 months, I've been learning the art of toaster oven cooking. I keep it over the mic and my coffee on top, between my ammo and my safe. I'm about to make a couple grilled cheese sandwiches, and when I get the fixin's, My next project will be to figure out how to do a Philly cheese-steak sandwich. It's convenient having my guns, coffee, and munchies in the same room as my laptop...

You, sir, are not alone. My get up is 03:15 so bedtime is between 19:00 and 20:00 (I'm usually brain dead by 19:00).
