Avoid Being a Target — Is Your Pistol Truly Concealed?

They have a ton of sales
I got them for $40
And 5.11s on sale for about the same
I'll have to keep an eye out! As the name suggests, I am untactical, but the 5.11 stryke pants just fit great and are comfortable options that I can wear to work, church, around, etc. I'll continue to take the stick over wearing them, but for me they are a great concealed carry option.

Dang . Trying to remember the last one .

Do events , meet ups , gatherings, or hanging out count ?

With the dive honky tonk reopening , will be jam sessions every Saturday night . ( In addition to the mid day one I can make about half the time ).

Do those count ?
Why ask me ? I don’t do any of that crap anymore. I dissolved my band about a decade ago. For years after that I was hounded to do live sound for other bands. I did it for several years. Made a lot of easy money. Sold my rig about 3 years ago and I don’t think I’ve been in a bar, club or jam session since. I’ve turned down very well paying, easy sub gigs on bass.

Are they parties ? How many people you don’t know are there ? If the answer is more than 2 it’s a hard pass for me.

Usually the same handful of regulars .
Not a party then.

I have dinner every Thursday night with my parents and an aunt. And dinner with my jarhead buddy I’ve known since 6th grade and my wife’s best friend every Friday night. I should say my wife and I have these dinners. Anyway, my circle is small and I like it that way, but I do like to see them all often.

I like to wear my hat and my Skechers when I go to parties. Ain't no way in heck anybody can tell I'm packing heat!

At one of my last security assignments
The client wanted us to wear the 5.11 Stryke pants and a 5.11 Polo. I thought the pants were ugly as hell but if that's what the client wants you to wear that's what you wear.

So they sent me to the 5.11 store in Colorado Springs to size myself for the uniform and then they were going to buy me however many pairs they normally bought.

So, the pants cost $89 a pair and that was right around 5 years ago. The 5.11 polo shirts they wanted me to wear were 50 bucks a piece.

The client was a multi-billion dollar Corporation they weren't even going to notice what they paid for my clothes but there's no way in hell I could afford that. Even if I could my wife would never go for it.

I like the Wranglers. I've talked about this before. I found that if you buy them online from Wrangler they are better quality than what you get at Walmart.

I'm not sure what you call the material but it's like the old winter BDU material. If you buy them at the Wrangler site they're 25 bucks plus shipping apiece.
