Yea I see a repeat of the same brain dead individual being voted back in only to die and the cackling laughing hyena large and in charge. All I can say is cmon 2024!!
So what happens if the local fire department decides it's too dangerous to put out a fire in your house? Also if insurance companies climb on this wagon could it have a negative impact home owners policies? In most states one doesn't have to fill out paper work to buy ammo, reloading powder, or black power. As I see it, this policy would have change as well. This is definitely an end run around our Second Amendment rights.this will not get anywhere's.
however, should it indeed gain traction and pass, that'll mean your city, town, state can up the building codes, and fire codes, to mean much more $$$$'s to reconstruct your house, garage, or what ever, to meet those codes.
so yeah, c'mon 2024......!!!!!!
yupYea I see a repeat of the same brain dead individual being voted back in only to die and the cackling laughing hyena large and in charge.
The Republicans are in a word, their own worst enemies. They seem to be setting themselves up for a shellacking.
Trust me I do not like what I'm seeing at this juncture.
it doesn't matter who runs. the good lord himself could run and he'd be the object of ridicule, scorn, dirty politics and whatever else the left could throw at him. "the end justifies the means" amongst half the population.yup
i will get a flame thrower for saying this out loud, but as long as a certain candidate is in the field, it gives dems all the cannon fodder they need to win. this person should gentlemanly pull out, deal with the bs, and then be a supporter for the nominee and lets move the country fwd and stop giving the dems the perfect storm to win
yes the orange guy was good for our economy, country overall and fuel. but we really dont need another year of the bs , followed by another 4 or tyranny from gaven newsome when they ditch joe and put this cow dropping in as dems candidate
its the economy and our rights and immigration out of control that is the issue. not crazy court cases.
yes its important for the orange guy to be victorious against the overwhelming legal battles, but alot is his own fault
he should just STFU.
allow US to pick the right person for the job, not the corrupt democrat machine.
Current section 555 includes:
"The current regulation at 27 CFR 555.201(f) requires any person who stores explosive materials to provide to fire safety officials an oral notification before the end of the day on which storage of the explosive materials commenced, and in writing ( e.g., email, letter) within 48 hours after commencement of storage. Both forms of notification must include the type of explosives, magazine capacity, and location of each site where such explosive materials are stored."
The proposed change adds a yearly reporting.
"ATF proposes amending the regulation to require any person who stores explosive materials to notify authorities having jurisdiction for fire safety in the locality in which the explosive materials are being stored upon commencement of storage and every 12 months thereafter. In addition, such persons would be required to provide written notification whenever they discontinue the storage of explosives."
I am not an attorney and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night but since the change is to section 555, section 555 - 141 includes exemptions.
It includes, #4,
4.Small arms ammunition and components of small arms ammunition.
27 CFR § 555.141 | eRegulations
regulations.atf.gov
555.141 Exemptions
Searching through section 555 for ammunition finds this definition of ammunition:
Ammunition. Small arms ammunition or cartridge cases, primers, bullets, or smokeless propellants designed for use in small arms, including percussion caps, and 3⁄32 inch and other external burning pyrotechnic hobby fuses. The term does not include black powder.
Who knows how the unelected officials will "interpret" the changes.
the fire dept and police will most likely evacuate a 5 mile radius of the home, then the fire dept will just let it burn down.So what happens if the local fire department decides it's too dangerous to put out a fire in your house? Also if insurance companies climb on this wagon could it have a negative impact home owners policies? In most states one doesn't have to fill out paper work to buy ammo, reloading powder, or black power. As I see it, this policy would have change as well. This is definitely an end run around our Second Amendment rights.
