How much coffee is bad for you?
The Food and Drug Administration recommends people cap their daily caffeine intake at 400 milligrams, or about four or five 8-ounce cups of coffee.
I‘d get the jitters if I ingested that much if it was in a short period of time. Good coffee is easy to binge. Staying awake at night if I drink any after 7pm, same applies to chocolate.
But what does FDA really know?
Propaganda.
Seems they like to generalize and demonize to fit the narrative of the day.
Too much FDA advice is bad for everyone.
From the ‘Did you Know’ files…
FDA is still in the process of making new recommendations for face masks suitable for use during (another) emergency lockdown and enforcement. Not a joke.
What they haven’t recommended is if a face mask is suitable for emergency coffee filter use when the coffee filter makin’ plant is forced to shut down again.
