The exodus

California has also lost residents and businesses — and therefore, tax revenue — in recent years.

The Golden State’s population declined for the first time in 2021, as it lost around 281,000 residents, according to the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC). In 2022, the population dropped again by around 211,000 residents — with many moving to other states like Texas, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.

I bet most are not leaving by choice…
They’re leaving due to their job relocating, or they’re simply priced out and finally have to pack up their nuttiness and go somewhere else…
Doesn’t bode well in the long run, imho.

We are finding that these so called "California conservatives" aren't conservatives like real Red state conservatives are. They move into Red state communities and seemingly immediately start complaining about the lack of government services "like they had back home." You know, those tax payer paid government services.

Doesn’t bode well in the long run, imho.
Leaving Calf. is a bad thing. No matter how ridiculous they sound two true stories both from years ago. New resident from out of state in my hometown put forth at the town meeting that every home be required to put 10' of sidewalk Infront of their homes. Yup makes sense, Use my place as an example, driveway 5' of sidewalk on either side, and a 1/2 mile of ditch, grass, trees, to the next bit of sidewalk. o_O Oh but the town next door has us beat. Their new resident proposed that the town fund a 700 man "works dept." Back then there wasn't 700 people, man, woman, or child, in the town. More than double that in milk cows though.

start posting signs all over the neighborhood..

"CA Libtards, GO HOME"....

Meanwhile the state more people are moving to than any other state is Texas. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
Well, 30 min has been added to my commute for traffic to/from work. 30 min before and now 60 min.. more if wreck.
Most towns/cities around me were on avg 1500 people in early ‘90s are now 250,000+ ., and growing.

8000 housing units are going up in a 5mile square radius around us …

This is a typical neighborhood in all the cities around me…
New house lots are now avg 50’x 110’ to pack in the houses…

Yay me !! Been here since ‘83. Time to leave

That is one dense neighborhood...wow. In the left-leaning areas here they do not allow developments of only single family homes...any new development MUST include multi-family units, section 8 (subsidized) housing, apartments, etc.

Wonder what that neighborhood would look like after an EF 4 or 5 tornado roars through it???

California has been on the edge of bankruptcy for years. At this stage its just a matter of time. But its their own doing. They brought this completely on themselves.
Now people can't afford to live in the mess they created, so they move to other states and continue to spread the disease of liberalism.

I feel sorry for Texas. I spent 2 years there (1972-74) courtesy of Uncle Sam. (Ft Hood). I liked the state back then and thought that if I should ever leave Tennessee, I'd go to Texas. I don't even recognize that state any more.
