Carnage In New Orleans

Just to repeat this from another thread.

Every time we step out of a door we should do a X-axis 180 deg. scan and assessment.

When further out do a 270 & then 360 as space allows and as needed, plus now with drones, a Y/Z-axis up/across scan.

Head on a swivel nowadays.

Also, listen for any change in typical noises.

He was in the Army and did serve in Afghanistan. But he was a desk jockey, not exactly a seasoned warrior.

"Jabbar served in the Army for more than a decade, an Army spokesperson told CNN on Wednesday. He served as a human resource specialist and information technology specialist on active duty between March 2007 and January 2015, and deployed to Afghanistan once from February 2009 to January 2010, the spokesperson said. After leaving active duty in January 2015, Jabbar served in the Army Reserve until July 2020, when he left service as a staff sergeant."

Good lord, knocking someone out for peeing. I hope no one supporting that ever ends up in a position of authority. 8th Amendment, 42 USC 1983, and all that. Plus, who among us hasn't been a public nuisance at least once, maybe cocked off to authority, been too loud, had to pee somewhere not in your pants? What do you do with the guy who spits in front of an old lady, taser to the groin?

Prior to his service in the Army, Fox News confirmed that he attempted to first join the Navy. He was discharged before he could have served in the Navy.

"Our records show that a Shamsuddin Bahar Jabbar enlisted on Aug. 12, 2004, in Navy Recruiting District Houston and was discharged from the Delayed Entry Program one month later on Sept. 13, 2004. He did not go to Recruit Training Command," the spokesperson with the U.S. Navy said. So, he changed his name, if this information is true. Or, they got the wrong info.
