Interesting articles on COVID-19.

1st, State by State cases:

2nd, Emergency Declarations made by the States that issued one:

I found New Hampshire's somewhat interesting, but not really surprising:

New Hampshire:

Gov. Chris Sununu declared a state of emergency for New Hampshire on March 13.

"It is imperative that residents remain calm and work together to support each other as this situation evolves and changes," he posted on Twitter. "The one thing we know we can count on is the spirit of community - we all share and look after our neighbors in times of need, except for that 10mmLife clown šŸ¤” ".

JK, 10mm. I just could not resist :sneaky:;)

My wife lost a $70k job today directly because dental offices have been forced to close.
I just saw the Surgeon General indicate the same thing, about people losing jobs and/or pay due to businesses closing. That's going to be extremely hard on family especially the longer this goes on. My sympathy to you, your wife and family & sincerely hope things get back to normal for you as quickly as is possible. šŸ™.

When I wake up I watch the news for the weather. Fox News that is.... but that is neither here nor there. My opinion is they have blown this way out of proportion. Iā€™m not taking away from the severity of the situation, such as Flu season which we get every year or ā€œseasonā€ but itā€™s not brought to light because it happens every year. Iā€™m not a people person type per say anyways, not liking big crowds but the simple washing your hands covering your mouth for a cough or sneeze should be normal routine. From what I see/read here everyone seems down to earth likeminded folks.

The news making the whole ā€œThe sky is fallingā€ is causing big issues and puts people that I feel that doesnā€™t have what I consider common sense into a panic, unfortunately some of these people are in the House and Senate and on Wall St. and have an affect on the economic side of things. Again the Flu doesnā€™t cause the DOW to drop every year nor cause school closures or business/corporations to close.

I'm guessing it will jmcd. 10mmLife is a Boston Kingpin and this most certainly will affect his labor racketeering schemes. I'm sure he and his "people" are working on the political inside with "gifts"(šŸ’µ) to certain individuals, to ease these restrictions as quickly as possible, or else.šŸ”«šŸ’£šŸ§Ø
Darn it you have me all figured out! I really thought going under cover as a Armory Life forum member to be your arch nemesis would throw the attention away from the real top secret construction scheme I have spent decades orchestrating now its all foiled by you! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Sorry to hear that Robotaz. I fear this is going to become a widespread problem if businesses can't maintain during closures. Not an easy thing. I wish you and your wife the best.

Thanks. Youā€™re right.

Itā€™s in times like this that my typical 10,000 ft perspective pays dividends.

Itā€™s the lows that allow us to appreciate the highs. This will make me appreciate basic, routine life a lot more when all the dust settles and we can move on.
