All earlier names The Beatles performed under. Except The Nirk Twins, which was a John and Paul thing after they were already famous. John Lennon's band, the one he invited 14 year old Paul McCartney to join, was called The Quarrymen. So named because John, Pete Shotton and Ivan Vaughn went to Quarry Bank Grammar school.Nope, you've lost me now!!!
