Believe or not, I was a "ramp rat" at Winnipeg International for a couple of charter seasons. There was ALWAYS that one guy who wore shorts, sneakers, and a parka (of course...it's 30 below ya know, eh?). And it was -30 something not counting windchill, and that one guy... Never knew where he ended up, but he was bada$$!

There is a name for that exact condition ... but best I can remember it had nothing to do with being cold!!!
