Holster recommendations for AIWB

I don't recall anyone mentioning this company so I will. KUSIAK makes a very thin leather iwb holster that rivals any kydex holster for comfort and concealment. Initially the holster will be very tight, so follow their recommendations. I used a single plastic Zip Lock bag for 24 hours. They frequently have some holsters in stock and ready to ship. Otherwise wait time will vary (and it's excruciating). They also make owb holsters.

Did you order a MRT OWB holster ? Because those are what I use. I carry a P30L and a VP9 in them, under flannels with no problem. In fact today I was carrying the VP9SK in one with the 12 rd. mag and it didn't print even a little bit even with the flannel buttoned up.
Just went to Muddy River's site, liked the OWB paddle holster for my Echelon. Gonna do a little more research. I like many others have a drawer full of holsters that just didn't work out. Thanks for the tip.

The last 4 holsters I bought were MRT. Well, that's a lie, @SimonRL turned me on to a deal I couldn't pass up on a Comp Tac International, but the last 4 carry holsters I bought were MRT. And mag holsters.

Almost all the holsters I have worked out well for whatever they're intended for. The ones I had that didn't I gave away to someone else who needed it. My drawer is full of holsters but the ones I rarely use or because I rarely carry those guns. :)

RE: MRT OWB holster, I have tried several and these and the old Clinger No Print Wonders are the ones that hug tightest to the body and both are extremely comfortable. I have one on right now with a VP9 in it.

For IWB I use the Legacy Firearms Cronus for most of my pistols - pictured here with my CZ P07. They’re made to order and I like to get the multicolored kydex version. Black and Zombie Green is my jam. I have a OWB version I had made for my P229 Legion that works with my G-Code gear. It has a pretty cool Topo pattern. They’re not cheap but I order from them a lot and get a pretty good discount. They are very nicely made as far as kydex holsters go.

What's the silver thing in the 3rd picture ? That don't look that comfortable rubbing all up on your groinial area.

It attaches to a G-Code RTI adapter. It allows you to just snap a holster on and off without having to remove your belt. Mine are attached to my battle belt. I have them for holster and mags. Mine is atta he’s to my battle belt, not a drop leg like in the picture below.

I wish I had seen this before converting all of my holsters over to Safariland's QLS solution.
The cool thing is that on my battle belt I have the belt slide that I attach my holster and mags, but I also have IWB attachments if I don’t feel like taking my battle belt or want to carry OWB in public. I can unsnap them from my battle belt and attach them to the IWB attachment.

The G-Code gear is extremely customizable. They even have set ups to mount in your car. They also make great mag carriers.

Looks like pretty nice stuff. You're right, it ain't cheap, but I bet it's very convenient.

I have been using the We The People Raven belt, very sturdy but have to remove a velcro section to adjust size. Have tried Scrapt-Tac band, considered the Comfort Concealed and Sig Rose band (same thing) but just ordered CrossBreed Lincoln band because it has an extra piece that wraps back over holster attachmant and can wear yoga type pants with high waist over it. Usually wear Vakandi faux leather high waist double belt loop pants. Loop for belt and lower part for key hook, etc. They also make men's versions. Also like their Crusader range leggings with belt loops. At 106lbs hard to find gear.

I am with @Bassbob on MRT. I have used the soft leather almost exclusively for my p365 prior to going optic on edc. Then I modified my Tulster to fit (saving money I guess). I will be going back to them for iwb xmacro holster. Mainly cause I want one I can appendix or adjust cant and go 3 o’clock with and specifically I want it to accommodate a light. I don’t feel the need for a WML most of the time, but I want the option to tote one in certain situations and areas. MRT has been one of the few to do this plus I like mono clips.

Mainly though I might just be a bit of a softy. I really like that MRT sends notes of appreciation when you order from them, and actually thank you for your support. It’s a nice touch and I appreciate it. Seems like so many companies could careless about their customers these days. So it’s nice to find that one that does.

The dude puts his personal cell number out there. And when you call it, he actually answers and helps you with any questions you have.
