Well I think I've resolved those issues. They knew English because otherwise it would have been a very difficult movie to watch. And the seeds of mankind weren't planted by the visitors. The location of the planet and the breathability of the atmosphere were now known to them though. Being humans they obviously screwed up their world and then came here. You would think they would have came already developed, as they did in the movie, as opposed to cro magnon man with no spaceship and using a stick as a weapon.

When my mom was dying she did not want to go to hospice she wanted to die in her own home. They set up a hospital bed in the living room and that's where she spent her last month.

I was living in the house as a caretaker. One night my wife and I were laying in bed and we had a baby monitor with my mom and we heard her talking to somebody on the baby monitor.

We only heard her voice but she very distinctly told somebody "I'm ready to go but you'll have to carry me because I can't walk."

I don't remember if it was that morning or not but one of the mornings I woke up early in the morning and I went to check on my mom. The way her house is set up the second floor Landing opens on the living room and it's just one big Great Room.

I got to the head of the stairs and I could see my mom's hospital bed and standing at the foot of it was a "Man". I would say he was approximately 8 ft tall and his width was commensurate to that. He was wearing a white robe with a blue border and he had a spear in one hand and in the other hand was a flame.

He was standing over my mother's bed looking at her and as soon as I saw him he vanished.

She didn't die that same day but it wasn't more than a couple of days later.
