i thought the state of TN was gun friendly.??

Just because liberal state legislators from liberal state districts such as west Tennessee (i.e., Memphis) introduce liberal bills doesn't mean anything in a predominately Red state. Here in Arkansas we have a couple of libs from Little Rock that introduce stupid stuff all the time.

I don't know who she is but seemed like lots of drama in her presentation.

Pearson was actually expelled from the State House about a year or so ago When he and two others started an anti-gun protest on the House floor. Of course the idiots in his district re-elected him in a special election. :mad:
I have no idea why this stuff is even in the news other than to show how stupid these people are. Fear not, none of this crap has a snowballs chance in Hell. :rolleyes:

Ten years ago, we here in Maine use to say the same thing. Not much snow around it must have gone somewhere. ;)
From the voice of experience, pay close attention to who is running your schools and what they are teaching even if you don't have children. You still are a taxpayer and supporting the system. Not too many years and the indoctrinated little bast... are voting.

Every pro gun state has those few state reps that introduce silly gun control laws every year. Fortunately most rarely make it out of committee due either public input on (how bad the bill is) or it just doesn’t have enough votes to get it out.

The unique thing with Tennessee is it is one of the conservative places there have been an influx of leverage flocking to. The Nashville area is overrun by several LA and Cali types as is Colorado and Austin TN and even Idaho .its sort of an internal invasion that started with cancer of California going up I 5 into Portland Seattle and Everett Washington and now Idaho parts of Montana and the other Midwest states and or TN and NC.

It’s been that way for a while and nothing new just some guntubes like to go pet reporting for awareness and skys falling.

Yep, she made is sound as though TN is about to turn deep blue and everyone in the Volunteer State is about to turn in their guns as opposed to it is just a couple of liberal state reps making a little racket. I hate it when media types and bloggers put the big slant on their truth, left or right.

My wife is a tenured teacher 25 yrs in public schools - she grinds her teeth daily at the guidelines of foolishness, the curriculum of inclusion & tolerance (& excusing crap behavior)handed down via administration, down from our state capital, down from the Federal level. Oldest son & his wife r teachers; both will comment how much worse ‘education’ levels seem to be since they were students only few yrs back. bc22wm & gray fox are dead on target w/ their posts !!

Dang it! it came untucked !! ) when our daughter was little she ‘made’ me watch it w/ her & then it became our bonding thing - she’s in college now but will still sit down w/me when she check the idiot box sched & we laugh over the silliness of it. Some nerve she had growing up, little snot.

Yep the majority of stupidity comes from the dumpster fire in lower western part of that beautiful state.
