I swapped my spring out for a 12lb spring, but you can.Glad i'm not the only one who hates it. Gonna order me one of them today. Did you guys re-use the existing spring with it? Thanks fellas.

Love to see it!Range Report is - I'm a terrible shot at 15 yards with a handgun, but much better at 10. Need more practice.
I am ECSTATIC to report that the Prodigy ran 100% flawlessly with a handful of different brands. All 115gr, WWB, Fiocchi Range Dynamics, Monarch brass. I have no doubts that the newer Prodigy models have had the kinks worked out. Mags ran fine as well. VERY VERY happy with the purchase. This is one slick firearm.
First pic is 10 yds - Prodigy - Pay no attention to that little guy at the bottom. I wouldn't worry about that little guy.
Second pic is 15 yds - Prodigy
Third pic is 15 yds - Beretta - To be fair, the rear sight on the Beretta needs adjusting still I think.

That's a mighty fine looking firearm. It's almost as good looking as my Beretta APX....I had stated atleast twice last week that this weekend I had plans on picking up a 5" Prodigy. Well, I found one for $1,375 - At my typically overpriced local indoor Range/Gun Shop nonetheless. Well i'll be goddamned if that pretty gal didn't follow me home. Zero attempt at stealing @HansGruber 's thunder here. Just funny coincidence. Looks like we're Prodigy brothers... Or something semi homoerotic to that extent. All jokes aside, i'm absolutely ecstatic to have found one, and under MSRP.

Nice! You’ll be doing that to targets at 50yds soon.
Legion x5 will go toe to toe with a prodigy. Mine does all the time with @SimonRL .On a side note, my poor X5 Legion never even got shot yesterday. Nor do I think it will for awhile. Beretta and Prodigy are just too nice.
My X5L is riding the bench. 226 Legion and Prodigy knocked it down the pecking order. It’s a great gun, but to me, the Prodigy feels nicer to shoot.Legion x5 will go toe to toe with a prodigy. Mine does all the time with @SimonRL .
1911 platform and standard semi auto platform are 2 different beasts.
Gotta share the love.
Share the love … 1 box ammo for one then one box for anotherNot doubting that at all, but for now I think it's riding the pine for a bit.
That’s what I was thinking. I’m at the range 3 times a week. I’m chewing through enough ammo without putting the X5L back in the show.haha, It's a 200 rd box of 9mm (198 rds to be exact) to fill all the mags for my 3 9mm full size competition shooters. That's too much, something has to take a backseat for the time being. I'll rotate it in every now and again but right now the 92XPD and Prodigy are at the forefront.
My Prodigy keeps eating all my bullets so I never have any for the othershaha, It's a 200 rd box of 9mm (198 rds to be exact) to fill all the mags for my 3 9mm full size competition shooters.
