testtest

Is it time for national carry?

Unless they rule completely constitutional carry in all 50 states without stipulations. I for one adamantly do not want the Federal god'vernment regulating my rights to protect myself in any way. They will add way to many litmus tests, rules and expenses making it a much harder burden for the citizens to comply with.

Just so it can be read again.

Nope, all they have to do is make it mandatoraly reciprical. Full stop.
Just like they did with same sex marriage. That's it.
Every state MUST recognize what is legal in the other states.

No way they'll do that, doesn't regenerate enough revenue.

What about States that are now Constitutional Carry, they would have to have a new CCW law.

How many restrictive States would ignore it like the Federal laws for traveling with guns already.

Admirable sentiment PA and while we all agree, that is not what they would do. They always overcomplicate things wtih pages of new regulations. So what they should do is never what they do, do. lol
I think my idea is 100% feasible.

What revenue is lost?
I think all Constitutional Carry States still have a law that allows for a permit

As a sideline, they should look at WHERE a firearm can be carried legally. If I drive by a school on the way to work, I'm within XXX feet -- am I guilty of "within" limits? Why can't I carry when I buy a roll of stamps at the Post Office?

I realize nothing will come of it, but I can hope.
