Unless they rule completely constitutional carry in all 50 states without stipulations. I for one adamantly do not want the Federal god'vernment regulating my rights to protect myself in any way. They will add way to many litmus tests, rules and expenses making it a much harder burden for the citizens to comply with.
Nope, all they have to do is make it mandatoraly reciprical. Full stop.Unless they rule completely constitutional carry in all 50 states without stipulations. No way they'll do that, doesn't regenerate enough revenue.Nope, all they have to do is make it mandatoraly reciprical. Full stop.

I think my idea is 100% feasible.Admirable sentiment PA and while we all agree, that is not what they would do. They always overcomplicate things wtih pages of new regulations. So what they should do is never what they do, do. lol
What revenue is lost?No way they'll do that, doesn't regenerate enough revenue.
What about States that are now Constitutional Carry, they would have to have a new CCW law.
How many restrictive States would ignore it like the Federal laws for traveling with guns already.
ABSOLUTELY, It's unconstitutional to have to pay for a permit. Especially when background checks are run to purchase a gun.Given the election results, it seems to me that now is the time for the returning POTUS to push for legislation that allows for national constitutional carry - concealed or open. What do you think?
