I’m not justifying anything. I’m saying it was t the “ Threat to our democracy” that the left is crowing about. And I think 20 years is way out of line. And I’m saying when the pink vagina hat people broke into the same building none of them did time over it. And I’m saying if BLM had broke into that building to object to anything they would t be doing any time for it either. I’m also saying that politicians are no F’ing better than anyone else. They are the very reason behind EVERY protest and them calling it a threat to our democracy is more of them brainwashing stupid people that they somehow are above us all. It’s BS and that’s my opinion.

MSN and other major news outlets have also reported this but they have been leaving out the BLM or Antifa associated title of the individual calling only him a liberal activist. If you need more context on the matter a simple google search will show you interviews of this individual stating he is a BLM leader and he uses the #Antifa.

Here is a video that shows how violent the entry was at one entrance . I don't know how many entrances they used to gain entry though. I saw another video that showed protesters on outside of gates just milling around and shouting chants , with 6 or more police officers guarding the gates , who walked up to the gates and opened them to let the protesters walk in.

But to say the vast majority weren't right wing is denying the obvious.
Personally I do not see any firearms on the soldiers there and also the show of force can be attributed to the history of violence shown everywhere there was a BLM or Antifa “mostly peaceful protest" leading up to this event. To assume that they would have been shot down is anecdotal.
If you're in a known hostile environment you tend to take extra precautions.

Let's be fair about this. The BLM + antifa had proven themselves to be destructive and wanting to destroy monuments , thus the reason for heavy guards at these places such as shown. However , if they were ready to " shoot them down " in the posted photo , where are their rifles? Even if they have pistols , I bet they aren't loaded.
The difference between this photo you shared and the police presence on 6th is that the Trump supporters had not shown any violent attitude by proclaiming to tear things down.

Ha ha. You’re out of your Mind Hans Gruber. Out of your mind. Those cops were there like that because BLM has a history of burning **** down. They stormed Ferguson police department this summer. I watched it go down. Broke windows, shot fireworks into the building through the broken windows, hurled bricks and frozen water bottles at cops. 3 of those cops were friends of mine. About 8 of them were injured. They were all given orders to stand down. I also watched the STL police department under siege. They shot 4 cops. Right there in front of the F’ing building. Again police were ordered to hold the line and not to do anything else.
Shoot down BLM protesters? Pfft. That **** would never happen.

As per the other post, OAN is showing videos taken by folks showing that Capitol police opened the front doors and let folks into the Capital building. They stood on each side of folks as they walking in. Also, shows folks walking peaceably within a rope corridor inside. Thus, no invasion/insurrection and no storming of the Capitol building occurred.
Also, vid of folks stopping a couple perps trying to break a window and being stopped by the surrounding crowd.
Also, we already know that Antifa perps got into the building (vid proof of the Utah guy). What happened in other locations and how & why things otherwise went down inside (besides the shooing vid) should become aware with more investigations and as more vids are released.
Let's just take a chill pill.

No disrespect to anyone, but in the bigger picture no one is invested in Seattle, Portland or Minneapolis other than the people from those areas, but when you storm the symbol of every ideal that this country is founded on you are going to put yourself up for extraordinary attention and be dealt with accordingly.
As for why there were so few guns, the police made it pretty clear that you can’t carry in DC and they would be arresting and confiscating. Add that to the reality that you show up armed to a political event in DC that the S- will hit the fan.
