Maybe no more tax stamp on suppressors?

So first of all the ATF argument that the suppressor isn't a firearm but an accessory and doesn't fire a bullet therefore is not an arm is ridiculous on several parts. Of course it isn't a firearm and neither is a scope, light, laser and other accessories that attach to a firearm but don't fire a bullet either and there has not been any nonsense otherwise to regulate them. Second the 2A applies to all arms, not just firearms, a sword is an arm so is a knife and those were in use in Continental Army and the public and thousands of years before all across the earth. Sabers were used in the various wars and skirmishes in the last two centuries in the US., so were bayonets, another accessory that attaches but does'nt fire a round. ATF overreach. There is much more but that is enough for now.

If it happens I'm buying 3 of them. Maybe 4.

the atf is simultaneously arguing that suppressors aren’t protected by the 2nd amendment because they are not fire arms , and yet they’re trying to charge this man with firearms violations for having an unregistered suppressor. So what is it Mr atf man is it a firearm or not?

Found this video about a 2nd amendment case in Louisiana. Sounds like a potential for suppressors to not be regulated? What are yalls thoughts?

IF the tax is dropped, will it be legal to make your own without any ATFnE worries? What would that do to the market prices?
I think that’s a good question, but bottom line I think it would be great for the market because the builders get to do their thing and in all likelihood, manufacturers would be able to bring their prices down because of the major uptick in sales that would occur.

In todays political clime I’d say odds of landing on Mars this year are better. That said, the whole suppressor “ laws” are pretty silly. In Europe it’s tough to buy a pistol, BUT if you do in many cases a suppressor is part of the package😳. In Prague a few years ago at the CZ store they had cased pistols with a can included for sale. Here, “dangerous-must be controlled/taxed”. Go figure.

If PRIVATE companies can buy F-16’s to counter air our military, we should be able to buy suppressors.

Just saying… 😁

Oh, and to Obama and Biden: “you’ll need F-15s to take on the Govt”… you approved the sale 🤣🤣🤣🤣
