There’s a number of people here who have SA35’s.While you seem to produce some nice guns the sad part is they aren’t available. SA35 introduced in February of21 still not available. New 1911 emissary 9mm not available . I would think you would fill previous orders before advertising a new one

And there’s over 50 9mm Emissaries for sale on Gunbroker.
Any other complaints?
Dealers in my area just laugh. Dealers who responded to my post ,Say “OUT OF STOCK” and one dealer said “1199.99 for a SA35 with a SRP of 699.00 so HA HAit took about 1 month for me to get my SA 35.
it took about 3 weeks to get my Emissary .45 ACP (i know you want a 9mm)
you have to deal with your LGS, and his distribution number in the line of receiving firearms from the factory.
my LGS IS a stocking, distributor for Springfield Armory, and many other brands as well. that doesn't mean he's getting his orders the next day. but it DOES mean, that he will get his orders, before a non stocking or distributor will get thiers, for you to buy.
so go back to your LGS, drop a mere $50 to $100 deposit, to ensure you get yours as soon as it comes in, and wait.
not too uncommon for a factory to advertise new models.
for that matter, go to your local car/truck dealer, and see if the new vehicle you want is on the lot, or you gotta wait for it.
yet, they advertise the vehicles are available.
and for the record, i had to wait nearly 1 full month, to get my new 2022 car........
then you need to find other dealers out of your area. or check gun online sales.Dealers in my area just laugh. Dealers who responded to my post ,Say “OUT OF STOCK” and one dealer said “1199.99 for a SA35 with a SRP of 699.00 so HA HA

Hey @Quickster welcome to the forum. I agree with my esteemed colleagues that right now your best bet is online. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth are and I’ve seen one and it was spoken for before it hit the floor. I think if an SA-35 does show up in your area it’s probably not going to be sold for MSRP. That being said, I don’t know that I would be in a rush anyway. We have a couple of folks on this form who have had to send theirs back for work.Dealers in my area just laugh. Shortly after the Hellcat was first released I wanted one and visited all the local gun stores in area and could not find one. Saw an advert where they where offering a 10% discount for Mil Vets on the purchase of a new Hellcat at Cabella's. Went to Cabella's and they didn't have one in the showcase so I talked to a manager asking WTH and he told me to read the fine print. "Order online to be picked up at your local Cabella's". Ordered it and took 3 weeks to come in. Not immediate gratification but considering I didn't even see them in showcases until a couple months later I'm not complaining.Hey @Quickster welcome to the forum. I got my new Gun Tests magazine earlier this week and they had an article that compared the SA-35 to an original Browning Hi-Power. Bottom line, they gave the Springfield a grade of A and the Browning a B. It was their opinion that the SA-35 was less expensive, had a better trigger, better sights and is completely modern. In closing they wrote that they would choose the SA-35 over buying a Browning Hi-Power because the SA-35 is better in every area that should matter to the modern self-dense shooter. I'm sure satisfied new owners would agree. My shop has all the newer Springfield’s in stock except the SA-35, which they choose not to stock till Springfield gets the issue with them corrected, but it’s there choice, actually they have most of the newer releases from all manufacturers, but my shop is 1 of 11 total stores, so they have a good inventory.
i don't have an original High Power, so i cannot compare. but i can say that the SA 35 is as good as say my CZ 75B (all metal, hammer fired). low (to me) recoil, fitment in hand (to me) is great, easy (to me) to acquire the target, and pricing, although at or slightly above MSRP at some locations.I got my new Gun Tests magazine earlier this week and they had an article that compared the SA-35 to an original Browning Hi-Power. I own both: Both have pro’s and Con’s like any gun comparisonI got my new Gun Tests magazine earlier this week and they had an article that compared the SA-35 to an original Browning Hi-Power. I don’t think I’d trade my Israeli surplus FN Herstal Mk3 with C&S upgrades for a HP35…I’ve got lots of MecGar 15rd mags for it, it shoots incredibly well, and it’s 100% reliable.I own both: Both have pro’s and Con’s like any gun comparison
- SA has better sights
- BHP has better feel. SA was a thicker grip
- BHP has thus far proven to be way more reliable in function
- SA has greater capacity, but I can add 13 round mags to my BHP
List goes on …
