last night i ordered most of stuff i needed to build the new stairs online with lowes, banking on the very positive experience a few weeks back with the lumber order and subsequent loading of my trailer, i figured "I GOT THIS"
NOPE not even close
order was complete at a bit after 8 45 last night, so i choose to wait to daylight to fetch the goods
i went in first and got the lumber i wanted to nick pick 1st and of course this involved two great lads running forklift to the top row
and then the followed me with forklift to my trailer.. EASY AS falling off a log
then i went back in to fetch my order and again went to lumber as directed and the same two young-ins now were to find my order, lets just say nearly an hour later it was found, unbanded and haphazardly stacked on a cart vice banded on two staves
plus 3 pieces of said lumber had to be sent back for defects caused by what looked like a forklift fork injection
so get it all loaded, tied down and head home
unpacked into the garage
and now the firearm parts.....
I have to move my safe and load bench to have them out of my way while building the stairs.
i may take this opportunity to unload safe and massive bench and hoist them up to the second floor new room
my only problem, is the amount of stuff loaded exceeds what the other party thinks is actually there
i am screwed if she does a COUNT
