It's NY so 11 rounds are a stockpile (Bruen) and CC companies already do those store naming things and not letting USCitizens use a CC for gun or ammo, so i'm not sure how much more infringementing CC companies can be. A few CC companies block gun buying even canceling gun/business CCs making the FFL or whoever to get/find a CC or a loan to do simple/basic business things....

Effing rich communists thinking they have power... but infringements need bills/laws to make the fight expensive for us though...

thing is, it was said on the show that credit card companies "give up freely" information to the feds when told to do so.

so, whether 1 round or 5,000 rounds, if the gov'ment goes to the credit card companies, they will get that information.

Here's a loophole to avoid the credit card company code tracking mandate - Buy Vanilla gift cards. They spend online just like a credit card and don't require any identification to purchase.
