From what I heard, people were trampled, not all of them shot. Hence broken legs, etc. Since this involved POCs, it will take time for the spin to properly elaborate (or not) what exactly happened and what the Left will do about it.

Personal dispute? My guess is that they were all rival gang bangers. They got to wildly shooting in the general direction of each other and hit a lot of innocent people. 
MSM is going on about how the Governor ran for cover. Hell! I don't blame him. I would too.
They are also blaming him for some bill he signed not long ago about public carry of firearms. Not sure about the details of that. But, Its all his fault.

I hate when my firearms run around & shoot people, darn things. There goes a kitchen knife hopping down the street looking for a domestic incident to bury themselves into a loved ones body - we need to enact more laws about these evil instruments of mayhem. ( not making light of the tragedy, just the ‘logic’ )

Press conference with county DA today. Two "adults" are in custody (both in hospital recovering from gunshots they apparently inflicted on the other). One is 18-19 years old, other is 22-23. One is the individual who shot the lady who died. Both are facing second degree murder charges along with other charges relating to the crime.
Two juveniles remain in custody waiting determination of whether to charge them as adults. DA indicated there are more who will be arrested in this crime.
Appears neither of the adult shooters knew each other or had a previous beef with each other. Some sort of argument that escalated quickly. One drew a weapon, the other "almost immediately" then drew their weapon and the shooting began.
So far, it appears that only one of these individuals is of legal age to possess a handgun. Obviously, the laws forbidding the others from having a handgun didn't deter the rest of the participants. As did the rest of the laws they ignored during the melee.
