They say the Guinness in Ireland tastes different than what you get in the US.
I’m not drinking; I’m doing RESEARCH.

If you need coke, you need a different bourbonI'm finishing a Clubtails Sex On The Beach cocktail in a can, before making a night cap of bourbon and Coke......
If you need coke, you need a different bourbon
2 oz of whiskeyNah, straight is good, but sweetened with Coke it doesn't get you there as fast.
2 oz of whiskey
2 oz of good filtered water
It doesnt get you there that fast
After all, any whiskey or bourbon at 40-50% alcohol (80-100 proof) has already been cut with water at the distillery
To me, if anything other than water has to be added to a whiskey, then its not good enough to used.
I even make manhattans and such with good whiskey
,whiskey doenst have to be expensive to be good either, thats not what I’m saying
I was thinking, "Man, he's starting early!"...but then I remembered that you are abroad. Cheers! Sipping a Guinness in Ireland is on my bucket list.
I highly recommend it.I was thinking, "Man, he's starting early!"...but then I remembered that you are abroad. Cheers! Sipping a Guinness in Ireland is on my bucket list.

Now…it tastes different, though. Much creamier head, smoother, creamier mouth feel.Does Guinness from Europe have more body?
